Positions

This is an excellent opportunity for you to work with a tight knit team to gain experience in areas including:

Marketing

Requirements:

  • Ability to create effective digital content
  • Ability to manage social media pages and accounts
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to design new marketing plans and work alongside others in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in video editing, graphics or animation design with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus

Administration

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide administrative support such as filing legal documents, scheduling meetings, and managing documents
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge in the US or Canadian legal system and experience in consulting would be a bonus

Course Development

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and distribute teaching materials to supplement your lessons, including study guides, etc.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assist other course development interns with task coordination if needed
  • Ability to provide students with constructive feedback
  • Be passionate and be yourself!
  • A degree in education or previous teaching experience is a bonus

Ambassador

Requirements:

  • Understand the mission and vision of EdAurora

  • Project management skills, with flexibility to manage projects both independently and collaboratively

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to recruit and mentor your local volunteer team 

  • Promote growth of EdAurora in your community

  • Be passionate and be yourself! 

Finance

Requirements:

  • Must be capable of preparing spreadsheets, files, and maintaining records and documentation
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis

Software Development

Requirements:

  • Must know one or more of the following languages: Java, JS, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze and test programs before launch
  • Strong problem-solving skills
